Freshly Printed: The Role You Have Been Looking For

As a Mail Data Specialist, you will support the preparation and execution of direct mail and ballot mailing projects through customer communication, USPS compliance, data management, and coordination across departments. This position plays an important role in ensuring mailings are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being organized, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring every detail is handled with accuracy and professionalism.

From Set up to Finish: Your Role in the Process

  • Prepare and process mailing data for direct mail and ballot projects
  • Review and organize mailing lists to ensure accuracy and USPS compliance
  • Generate USPS documentation, postage statements, tray tags, pallet tags, and mailing reports
  • Create mailing reports, and shipping documentation
  • Track mailings and monitor delivery updates through USPS systems
  • Manage postage accounts, permits, and mailing supplies
  • Provide tracking and communication updates for election and ballot mailings
  • Maintain records, spreadsheets, and production schedules
  • Communicate with customers, USPS officials, and internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly

The Fine Print: What You Need to Succeed

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience may be considered in place of formal education
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
  • Reliable attendance and dependable work history
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills

Your Production Schedule:

  • Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
