In this role, you will be responsible for processing incoming mail, documents, and payments from start to finish. Your tasks will include sorting, scanning, data entry—handling both typed and handwritten information—and preparing items for shipment or dispatch. You will operate mailroom equipment such as scanners and sorting machines, performing repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Maintaining precise records within computer systems while adhering to secure document handling protocols is crucial. You’ll need to stay adaptable to changing priorities, escalate issues when necessary, and collaborate with teammates and supervisors across shifts to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
