Adecco is actively recruiting for Data Processor positions with Citi in Newark, DE. In this role, you will process incoming mail, documents, and payments end-to-end, including sorting, scanning, data entry (including handwritten information), and preparing items for shipment or dispatch. Work includes operating mailroom equipment such as scanners and sorting machines and completing repetitive processing tasks. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records in computer systems while following established procedures for secure document handling. You will adapt to changing priorities, escalate issues when needed, and coordinate with teammates and supervisors across shifts to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of work. Apply now!

Requirements:

· This is an onsite position and requires working at the designated facility

· High school diploma or GED

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, team-based environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Basic computer skills, including data entry and use of standard business applications

· Ability to follow structured procedures, maintain quality standards, and adapt to changing priorities and workloads

· Strong communication skills to support coordination and shift handoffs across teams

· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

· Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting materials up to 40–50 lbs.

· Proficient in English, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively

1st Shift & Weekend Options:

· Tuesday – Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

· Sunday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

· Friday – Monday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

2nd Shift & Weekend Options:

· Sunday – Thursday: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM or 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM

· Tuesday – Saturday: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM or 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM

· Friday – Monday:

o 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM

o 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
