In this role, you’ll play a key part in processing incoming mail, documents, and payments from start to finish. Your responsibilities include sorting, scanning, and data entry of both typed and handwritten information, ensuring all items are prepared accurately for shipment or dispatch. You’ll operate mailroom equipment such as scanners and sorting machines, performing repetitive tasks with precision and efficiency. Maintaining detailed records within secure computer systems and following strict document handling protocols are essential to uphold data integrity and confidentiality.

This position demands adaptability to changing priorities, effective communication during shift handoffs, and collaborative teamwork to meet deadlines. You’ll have the opportunity to work in an onsite environment with stable scheduling, supporting your work-life balance.

  • Friday – Monday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Second Shift & Weekend Options:

  • Sunday – Thursday: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM or 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM
  • Tuesday – Saturday: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM or 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM
  • Friday – Monday: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM or 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
