Job description

TRC Talent Solutions is looking for a Data Coordinator for our client in Austell, GA!

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing and following basic processes to identify, review, and summarize trends or patterns in data sets, with guidance from team members.

2. Use available market and internal data to help spot opportunities for business improvement, primarily through Excel-based analysis and reporting.

3. Support the setup and maintenance of simple databases or spreadsheets needed for team projects and department operations, working closely with other team members.

4. Help gather and organize data from internal and external sources using Excel or other basic tools, ensuring accuracy in data entry and extraction.

5. Work with the team to help implement basic data collection methods and help ensure data quality and reliability for ongoing reporting needs.

6. Perform basic statistical analysis and help create visual summaries, such as charts or graphs, to support project reports and team presentations.

7. Assist in creating and updating recurring reports and dashboards, with a focus on automating routine data processes where possible.

8. Help compile weekly and monthly reports as assigned, including sales summaries, lead generation updates, and simple market intelligence findings.

9. Develop foundational skills in working with internal and external data sources and contribute to translating data into actionable insights under supervision.

10. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for Management, including creating charts and visual aids to help explain key findings.
