WORK EXPERIENCE
Experience with:
- overall payment processing systems and loan or trade finance related operations
- cash management products and accounting principles

RESPONSIBILITIES
Produces and distributes customer statements and bills
Provides statement imaging, file transmission, endorsement and encoding, and clearing services
Produces client and audit exposure statement requests
Manages offshore resources who contribute to statement processing
Responds to customer requests for monthly account and annual tax statements
Verifies balance confirmations
Addresses scheduled and ad hoc requests from clients
Creates and maintains customer documentation
Conducts timely and effective communications with customers
Creates and maintains reports and procedures
Streamlines and implements process improvements where possible
Identifies, resolves and escalates balance confirmation and reporting issues
Utilizes data to minimize instances of future discrepancies

The typical base pay range for this role is between $79K - $96K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonuses and/or incentive compensation.
