Job Title: Data Modeler/ Analyst with exposure of AEP/ CDP project

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Position Type: Contract 

Duration: 6 / 12 Month

Rate: Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Data Modeler/ Analyst with CDP hands on experience like Adobe Experience Platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data ingestion modeling and activation across Adobe and third-party systems

AEP APIs:Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform APIs to manage data ingestion, profile updates, schema modifications, and real-time/on-demand segmentation.

Roles:

Define and implement data modelling strategies for customer segmentation personalization and activation across channels

Collaborate with business stakeholders along with AEP Architect to align AEP capabilities with marketing analytics and customer experience goals

Support developer(s) to set up  data pipelines for ingesting transforming and activating customer data using AEP tools like Data Collection Data Lake and Identity Services

Support developer(s) to design and implement schemas using XDM Experience Data Model and ensure data governance and compliance

Provide best practices for new channel sources onboarding into AEP, data model, data privacy best practices for CDP implementation

Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and stakeholders

Perform data validation for ingested data, pipeline against sources

Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and ensure data integrity and security

Provide documentation support

Qualifications

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer or related field

9 years in data platforms and good domain experience platforms 4 years in AEP implementation

1 to 2 years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform AEP development

Strong proficiency for data model, schema structure,

Experience with ingestion process using JSON and XML for CDP

Experience with data warehousing data modeling and data quality best practices

Design and develop data pipelines and integrations using AEP

Implement data modeling governance and security best practices

Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues and performance bottlenecks

Collaborate with marketing product and data science teams to enhance customer experience

Familiarity with data privacy regulations including GDPR CCPA and DPDP Act

Analyze data trends to provide business intelligence and recommendations

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles

Excellent problem solving communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience with Marketing Data Lake in any of the platforms like AWS or Microsoft Azure

Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives

Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate with crossfunctional teams

Additional Preferred Skills

Adobe Certified Expert Adobe Experience Platform

Experience with Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK and Mobile SDK

Exposure to marketing automation platforms and customer data platforms CDPs
