Overview

The Digital Strategies Systems Analyst is a core support role for the East-West Digital Strategies and Coalition of the Willing. As part of a collaborative and purpose-driven team, the DSSA will oversee system operations, facilitate data uploads, and lead training efforts for both internal staff and external partners. This includes developing user-friendly documentation and ensuring that our curated digital tools are used effectively to support strategic decision-making and ministry impact. This person will ensure that data flows seamlessly between iShare and other field tracking tools. This position is responsible for playing their part to achieve the bigger mission of East-West and for ensuring that all ministry activities are clearly aligned with East-West Ministries’ Vision, Mission, Values, Statement of Faith and Biblical principles.

Key Results
  • Data Optimization: Increase the volume and improve the timing of data uploads across all global regions by streamlining integration processes and ensuring real-time reporting accuracy.
  • Network Empowerment: Expand the technical capacity of national leaders through superior training and resources, measurable by a significant reduction in developer-level support requests.
  • Maintaining the Google Workspace System by creating and maintaining a comprehensive library of user-friendly guides, workflows, and best practices. These resources must empower partners of varying technical skill levels to navigate and utilize digital tools effectively and autonomously
  • Partner directly with COTW members to integrate systems, identify evolving reporting needs, and provide ongoing technical troubleshooting that directly supports field-based ministry goals.
Educational Leadership

Design and deliver high-impact training programs tailored for internal staff, national leaders, and external partners to significantly increase technical proficiency across the organization.

iShare System Stewardship

Serve as the system administrator and lead super-user for the iShare mapping suite. This includes ensuring all global datasets are uploaded with high accuracy, maintained for consistency, and translated into actionable visual dashboards.

Education and Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a Systems Administrator, Application Administrator, Business Systems Analyst, or technical support role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing user access, security, and permissions across multiple software platforms.
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with the ability to translate complex issues into simple terms for end-users.
  • Proficiency in creating clear, concise documentation and user training materials.
  • Strong customer service orientation and patience for supporting a non-technical user base.
  • Experience in cross-cultural missions, preferred
