We are seeking an accomplished Managing Principal, Data Analytics Consulting, to join our leadership team. This is a high-impact, client-facing role designed for an ambitious professional with deep technical expertise in AI & Data, proven consulting acumen, and a track record of driving transformational outcomes for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior executives (VP, SVP, C‑suite) on AI enablement, data‑driven transformation, and operational efficiency for Fortune 500/50 clients
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in AI, which includes Generative AI, ML and Data Science, driving the design, development, and implementation of AI and AI Engineering solutions for clients
  • Bridging strong AI and technology expertise with business acumen to ensure effective alignment between technical solutions and strategic business goals
  • Architect and lead complex, cross‑functional AI and Data transformation initiatives including cloud‑native data platforms, ML Ops/Data Ops, BI strategy, and GenAI/AI strategy
  • Own and grow a multi‑million‑dollar engagement portfolio ($20M+ annually) through thought leadership, cross‑capability solutioning, and executive relationship building
  • Define and manage key operational metrics including margin, utilization, bill rate, and client experience
  • Develop compelling POVs and thought leadership that drive incremental sales opportunities and market differentiation
Requirements
  • 10+ years in AI/ML, Data, and Analytics consulting with demonstrated career progression, including 5+ years leading multi‑disciplinary teams of 15+ consultants
  • Deep technical expertise in AI & Data including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), ML/ML Ops, Data Ops, BI platforms, Generative AI, and big data solutions (Python, Spark, SQL)
  • Track record managing engagement portfolios of $10M+ annually with proven solutioning and selling capabilities
  • Experience advising, presenting to, and building relationships with C‑suite and SVP‑level executives across multiple industry verticals
  • Industry expertise across sectors such as Retail, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities, or Technology
  • Outcome‑focused leader with executive presence, strong communication skills, and passion for solving complex problems while holding self and teams accountable
