Work You'll Do

As an Associate Vice President, AI and Data Solutions on the AI & Data team, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of AI solutions for client engagements.

  • Lead small engagements or key workstreams within large, complex data and analytics transformations for Healthcare clients
  • Design and implement cloud and hybrid data architectures, migration approaches, and technology solutions across data and analytics platforms
  • Manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships and align technical delivery to business and program objectives
  • Oversee quality of team deliverables and recommendations while contributing to hands-on solution delivery across distributed teams
  • Support practice growth through proposal development, thought leadership, and coaching junior practitioners

Qualifications

Required:

  • 10+ years experience delivering AI and Data solutions for Healthcare Provider organizations to include: enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures for data and analytics, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience modernizing enterprise data platforms and delivering solutions from ideation through production, to include:
    • Cloud and on-premises data landscape (ie: Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Teradata)
    • ETL/ELT tools and data integration patterns within cloud ecosystems
    • Healthcare provider data ecosystems, such as Epic Clarity, Epic Caboodle, or Cerner/Oracle Health databases
    • Clinical data exchange and coding standards, including HL7, FHIR, and ICD
    • Data operations (ie: orchestration, monitoring, data quality, production support, and incident resolution)
  • 4+ years experience leading, managing and delivering complex AI and Data engagements
  • 2+ years of experience shaping executive-level conversations and providing strategic advice, including selling and solutioning data analytics professional services deals
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred

  • Experience in consulting and client-facing delivery roles
  • Experience in creating critical collaterals for client workshops and customer interactive sessions
  • Experience presenting technical content to both large and small audiences

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $193,725 to $322,875.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
