People Architects is partnering with a highly respected, design-driven organization to hire a Data Operations Associate. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and maintaining accuracy throughout the order process. The Data Operations Associate plays an important role in supporting day-to-day operations by ensuring customer orders, remakes, and sample requests are processed accurately and efficiently.

Position Summary

The Data Operations Associate is a non-exempt position that reports to the Director of Operations. This role is responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, and processing customer orders, remakes, and sample requests within the company's ERP system. The Data Operations Associate works closely with internal teams, factories, and warehouse operations to support timely order fulfillment and maintain accurate order information throughout the process.


Schedule

This role works onsite Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM in Stow, Ohio.


Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties as assigned. Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.)

  • Enter and process sales orders, purchase orders, remakes, parts orders, and sample requests within the e-PIC system.
  • Review customer-entered orders for accuracy, pricing discrepancies, and missing information.
  • Confirm sales orders to customers and send purchase orders to factories.
  • Monitor and update the status of open and unshipped orders and communicate updates to the customer service team.
  • Enter tracking information and update orders as shipped.
  • Maintain accurate product and order information within the ERP system.
  • Identify and escalate order discrepancies or fulfillment issues as needed.
  • Support operational and administrative workflows within the operations department.


Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in order processing, administrative support, customer service, or a related operational role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems required.
  • Experience working within ERP or order management systems preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and adapt to changing priorities.
