ATI is growing in leaps and bounds and we are on the hunt for another fun & energetic team member.


This position combines Data Entry & Warehouse Admin Support depending on workload. The ideal candidate is organized, highly detailed, comfortable working with physical responsibilities & computer systems, & can prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Data Entry (Lab Process):

  • Accurately enter information into our system
  • Create & close WO’s
  • This role requires a high level of attention to detail

 

Operations Coordinator (Warehouse):

  • Open & inspect incoming packages to verify contents (+/- 30 pkgs/day)
  • Notify the team of any damages &/or discrepancies observed
  • Retrieve vendor PO & customer packing slips from QuickBooks
  • Dip / Wax plugs & rings for shipment
  • Laser etch ID numbers onto equipment
  • Provide shipment tracking information and status updates as needed
  • Maintain an organized and efficient receiving and warehouse area
  • Manage / coordinate delivery routes
  • Notify customers when items are ready for pickup
  • Assist with packaging items for shipment
  • Experience using UPS & FedEx shipping system a plus
