Job description

This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office.

This role focuses on driving operational excellence through data analysis, supplier collaboration, and process improvement. The individual will support supplier-driven updates, resolve operational issues, and analyze supplier and business performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities. They will translate insights into actionable recommendations, helping to improve processes, policies, and overall performance in partnership with cross-functional teams.

In this role you will get to:

  • Execute supplier-driven updates, including rental location and fleet changes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for suppliers, managing change requests and day-to-day inquiries while aligning system requirements with partner capabilities.

  • Leverage SQL skill and API request/response analysis to troubleshoot issues, identify inefficiencies, and drive process improvements.

  • Analyze supplier and business performance metrics to identify trends and anomalies, generate actionable insights, and partner cross-functionally to improve systems, policies, and performance.

  • Leverage generative AI tools to enhance workflows, improve efficiency, and support strategic initiatives.

Who you are:

  • Solid SQL fundamentals and experience working with and streamlining AI workflows.

  • Develop a working understanding of how data is exchanged via APIs - including request/response structures, field mapping, and common failure modes -- to effectively troubleshoot integration issues and serve as an informed liaison between business and technical teams.

  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong critical thinking skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Proactive self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and deliver against deadlines.

  • Experience Level: 4-years degree in business related field, 2-4 years of business or related experience a plus.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.

The salary range for this position is $70,000-80,000 CAD
