Zayo serves wireless and wireline carriers, media, tech, content, finance, healthcare and other large enterprises.

Zayo is seeking aControls Manager, Network Deploymentfor Project Controls who will be instrumental inestablishingand maintaining robust controls and processes tooptimizeour OSP/ISP operations. OurControls Manager, Network Deploymentwill play a critical role in the creation and implementation of visibility, reporting, and process tools in support of Zayo's ISP and OSP teams. You will collaborate with various internal teams, manage project timelines, andmaintainalignment with our strategicobjectivesand operational excellence goals. This rolereportto the OSP Controls Director.

*We're open to this role working in a remote capacity within the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project management controls, processes, and reporting methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of OSP operations and mitigate risk for the business.

  • Work closely with OSP teams toidentifyareas for process improvement, standardization, and automation.

  • Establish key performance indicators (and/or strengthen details and definitions of existing KPI) and metrics tomonitorproject performance and operational health.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive reporting tools to provide visibility into project health and status, risks, and achievements.

  • Through process and tool improvement,facilitatecommunication and collaboration among operations teams, stakeholders, and external partners to align efforts and achieve projectobjectives.

  • Lead the change management process to ensure smooth adoption of new controls and processes within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field, preferred or equivalent work experience,required.

  • Minimum of five (5) years of equivalent workexperience,required.

  • Proven experience in project management, specifically in technology companies and/or telecommunications networks.

  • Strong understanding of project management and process design principles, construction practices, and telecommunications networks.

  • Proficiencyin project management software and tools.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Suite products.

  • Experience with project management software such asSitetrackeris aplus, butnotrequired.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce is aplus, butnotrequired.

  • Travel asrequired(Less than 10% estimated) for critical meetings.

  • Approved to work in the United States.

Estimated base salary range: $77,100 - $118,600 USD/annually

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.


Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
