Join GDIT as a Senior FullStack Web Developer & Data Modernization Lead and build an impactful career in enterprise IT, collaborating with people who are driven and resourceful like you. Our federal customer relies on this program to operate and modernize a nationwide casemanagement and intelligenceanalysis platform supporting complex investigative and operational workflows. The team sustains a missioncritical system that integrates data, analytics, and organizational processes across multiple regions to ensure a secure, scalable, and efficient platform for case management, trend analysis, and coordinated activities.

This position requires U.S. Citizenship and an active U.S. government Secret level security clearance or higher to be considered for this role.

Meaningful Work and Personal Impact

Lead the UI team in modernization efforts
Provide technical and management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments
Establish goals and plans that meet project objectives
Apply expert domain knowledge that impacts overall project implementation
Supervise others as required
Develop and deliver highquality data systems, reports, analytical products, and features
Deliver O&M support for existing data systems including the Enterprise Data Warehouse
Support and enhance enterprise reporting delivered through PowerBI dashboards
Design, develop, support, maintain, and enhance the Enterprise Search application integrating multiple sources, API capabilities, BI functions, and OpenSearch features
Contribute to AI/ML module development, enhancement, research, and deployment for entity extraction and relationship mapping using unstructured datasets
Support modernization of the agencys data ecosystem, including evolving technology stacks within or outside Cloud environments
Adhere to Agile Scrum, Kanban, or other methodologies as directed

Work Schedule / Location: Must be willing to work onsite in Fairfax County, VA 3 days a week with 2 days from home.

What Youll Need to Succeed

REQUIRED SKILLS

BA/BS degree or 4 additional years of equivalent work experience
10+ years of software/web development experience
5+ years of experience with Agile development methodologies
5+ years of ASP.NET C# MVC web development experience using Visual Studio 2019 or higher
5+ years of experience with Application or Enterprise Search; ElasticSearch or AWS OpenSearch is a plus
Experience with configuration management of a cloud highavailability OpenSearch cluster with 10+ nodes
5+ years of decoupled application development leveraging message queuing
2+ years of React.js or AngularJS experience
1+ years of ASP.NET Core experience using Visual Studio 2019

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $142,792 - $185,150. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
