Job DescriptionAbout the Job You're Considering

As a Solution Architect - Data Lead, you will play a critical role in leading enterprise-wide data migration initiatives for global SAP transformation programs. You will lead the EDM (Enterprise Data Management) team across multiple regions including EMEA, North America, GAR, and LATAM, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of data migration activities. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and technical consultants to define data migration strategies, lead data discovery workshops, and deliver high-quality data solutions that support SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA implementations.

Your Role
  • Lead the EDM team and oversee global data migration activities across EMEA, North America, GAR, and LATAM regions.
  • Develop and execute the overall data migration strategy, approach, and build estimates.
  • Conduct data discovery workshops and gather migration requirements during the design phase.
  • Plan, monitor, and report project progress while tracking and resolving migration-related defects.
  • Lead data migration efforts from legacy applications and SAP ECC environments into SAP S/4HANA.
  • Configure and utilize Syniti and SAP Data Services tools to support migration activities.
  • Manage data extraction, transformation, loading, and validation processes.
  • Perform pre-load and post-load data validation to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Create and distribute migration, reconciliation, and validation reports.
  • Collaborate closely with client teams, business users, SAP functional consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Provide leadership, technical guidance, and best practices to the data migration team throughout the project lifecycle.
Your Skills and Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in Data Migration, including SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise data migration strategy, planning, and execution.
  • Experience leading global data migration teams across multiple geographies.
  • Hands-on experience with Syniti as a data transformation and migration tool.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Data Services, including data transformations, job creation, scripting, and automation.
  • Experience with SAP data loading tools such as LSMW, LTMC, and Direct Object Controls (DOCs).
  • Proven ability to conduct data discovery workshops and gather business requirements.
  • Experience migrating data from legacy systems into SAP environments.
  • Expertise in data cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
  • Experience managing defects, issue resolution, project tracking, and status reporting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with business users, SAP functional consultants, and technical teams.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082-$193,440
