SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled QA Analyst specializing in SAS, G2S, and CMS interoperability testing. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and validating integration tests that ensure seamless communication, data exchange, and system compatibility across casino gaming platforms, SAS protocols, G2S systems, and Casino Management Systems (CMS).
The QA Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet established standards for quality, functionality, performance, reliability, stability, security, and interoperability. This position requires a strong understanding of software testing principles, integration workflows, and gaming industry protocols, along with the ability to identify and resolve complex system interactions before they impact customers.
As a QA Analyst focused on interoperability testing, you will serve as a key guardian of product quality across complex gaming ecosystems. Your work will ensure systems communicate accurately and reliably, whether validating SAS protocol compliance, verifying G2S message integrity, or confirming CMS integration functionality. By proactively identifying issues and validating end-to-end workflows, you will help preserve customer confidence, support regulatory compliance, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional gaming experiences.
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Understand and champion the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values (MVV), serving as a positive ambassador for the organization.
  • Create and maintain quality assurance documentation, including test plans, test cases, test procedures, and test reports in accordance with established standards and processes.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, QA leadership, and other stakeholders to define acceptance criteria, identify risks, and develop comprehensive testing strategies for new features and releases.
  • Interpret, execute, and continuously improve quality assurance processes to support product reliability and interoperability objectives.
  • Develop testing methodologies and procedures for identifying tracking, documenting, and reporting software defects and quality issues.
  • Verify that defect fixes are properly implemented and validated throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Document test results, defect reports, and interoperability issues with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence to facilitate efficient resolution by development and integration teams.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with company quality standards, gaming industry regulations, and applicable technical requirements.
  • Design, develop, and execute test cases covering interoperability scenarios involving SAS, G2S, CMS, and related gaming platform integrations.
  • Validate data mapping, transformation logic, message formats, transaction flows, and system behavior across integrated environments.
  • Perform manual and automated testing to verify data integrity, protocol compliance, message processing, error handling, and end-to-end integration functionality.
  • Analyze test results and recommend enhancements to improve interoperability, system performance, reliability, and overall product quality.
  • Execute regression testing to ensure software updates, patches, and enhancements do not negatively impact existing integrations or interoperability workflows.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and contribute to process improvements aimed at increasing testing effectiveness and product quality.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably within casino gaming, gaming platform integrations, SAS, G2S, or related interoperability testing environments.
