SUMMARY: Valicy is looking for an Art Lead/Art Manager who will help guide the creative execution of the Valicy brand while remaining actively involved in the work. This role sits directly below the Creative Director and plays a key role in ensuring the design team produces thoughtful, high-quality creative that reflects the energy and ambition of the brand. Working closely with the Marketing Director to help translate creative vision into strong consistent execution across the company, this role will review and guide projects before they move to final review – helping refine ideas, strengthen concepts, and ensure the work aligns with the broader creative direction.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Understand company Mission, Vision, and Values and be an ambassador of MVV.
-Work closely with the Creative Director to help guide the visual direction of the Valicy brand across campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives
-Help manage and mentor the design team by providing feedback, direction, and support
-Create high-quality design assets across marketing, presentations, digital content, and brand materials.
-Translate complex casino gaming products, both software and hardware, into clear, compelling visuals that communicate product features and brand value.
-Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to develop creative concepts and design assets for campaigns, social media, events, and product launches.
-Maintain a strong and cohesive visual language across all platforms, ensuring the Valicy brand is consistently represented with a high level of design quality.
REQUIREMENTS:
-10+ Years experience in a Creative Leadership role
-Expert proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, PowerPoint, Canva, Slack, Notion, Asana/Monday/Trello, Google Workspace, Meta/LinkedIn, Dropbox, SharePoint, Packaging and environmental graphic production, Merch
Preferred Requirements:
-Experience with Cinema 4D
