Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end data migration
• Develop Data Migration Strategy
• Develop Cutover strategy
• Finalize source to target mapping and transformation
• Lead code development and scripting as necessary to facilitate data migration.
• Create and manage Progress trackers for all data migration related activities and stages.
• Develop and document a standard data migration approach working with the architecture and
project/ program management team.
• Coordinate and facilitate development and validation efforts for data transformation, and
loading, ensuring successful data migration.
• Creation of technical documentation as per customer SDLC process and following up on
reviews and approvals for the same.
