Position: Sr. Enterprise Data Architect
Location: Auburn Hills, Michigan( Hybrid -3 day onsite)

Job Summary

The Senior Enterprise Data Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions within Business Intelligence and Data Management software and hardware to meet business requests. The ideal candidate should be able to create data solutions leveraging Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Warehouse (DW) technologies. This role will work under the direct leadership of the Senior Manager for Enterprise Data Architecture. Knowledge of industry-standard Business Intelligence software and Data Integration Management technologies is required.

  • General Functions/Responsibilities
  • Architect and design business intelligence solutions for accessing and analyzing data and metadata.
  • Experience with Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), Data Mart, and Operational Data Store (ODS) architectures.
  • Expertise in data modeling, including star, snowflake, and other dimensional modeling techniques.
  • Experience architecting and developing database solutions using both OLAP and OLTP technologies.
  • Extensive experience in architecture, data modeling, design, development, data migration, and data integration throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Participate in and/or lead design sessions, demonstrations, prototype sessions, testing, and training workshops with business users and IT associates.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Support business projects by providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge in Enterprise Data Management.
