Our team - SMB Business Intelligence team is seeking Manager-Data & AI Transformations, with a focus on Customer data and automation.. This role requires a passion for developing data strategies, executing fast-paced projects, and leading a high-performing data engineering and insights team.

What you'll do

The Manager, Data & AI Transformations will lead a team of developers and analysts to achieve our Agentic AI transformation and automation. This role requires collaboration with Business Stakeholders to formulate and execute a strategy for automating the Business Customer Profile process, utilizing Customer 360, AI, and relevant tools.

Your team will directly contribute to achieving marketing and sales targets, and positively impact the company's P&L

  • Own and deliver on core customer strategic initiatives to enable the Agentic AI roadmap
  • Drive a high performing and engaged team through recognition, performance development and coaching
  • Lead and collaborate internally with Planning, Marketing, Sales to ensure tools, data and assets are developed are in line with the overall mission
  • Provide guidance to varied skillsets in the team ranging from developers to analysts
  • Build relationships with partners such as CIO in enabling data, tools and processes to support the roadmap
  • Communicate effectively with leadership team
  • Manage risks, opportunities and resourcing required to execute on the roadmap

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or related field
  • 6+ years in data , leading teams and cross-functional programs/projects
  • Strong knowledge in Business Intelligence, data & AI
  • Advanced knowledge on GCP, data engineering and automation
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Base Salary range : CAD 109,000 to 155,000
