The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a full-time Data Management Analyst, NH-0301-03, located at the Joint Center Electromagnetic Readiness, Nellis AFB, Las Vegas, NV.
Salary Rate: $90,000 - 141,000
Depending on the type of position you are selected for, you will be required to serve a 1-year probationary period OR 2-year trial period.

In this position, you will perform a broad range of multidisciplinary professional work involving the application of data management, information architecture, and database administration disciplines to assignments entailing unique and Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) data problems, often via creativity, innovative use of techniques, advanced approaches, and/or new technologies. Lead the planning, coordination, facilitation, and management of data requirements, collection, reduction, analysis, and storage for joint electromagnetic spectrum readiness assessments.
U.S. Citizenship
Position is designated special-sensitive and requires a TOP SECRET (TS) security clearance with eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), other intelligence-related Special Sensitive information, or involvement in Top Secret Special Access Programs (SAP) to fully perform the duties and responsibilities of the position

This is a drug testing designated position
This position includes information assurance (IA) work as a paramount duty requirement; therefore having a knowledge of DoD 8570 01-M, and other IA policies and laws is required.
Knowledge of electromagnetic warfare (EW) policy, doctrine, practices, tactics, and capabilities to serve as operational baseline for the analysis, evaluation, and administration of EW assessment data management programs.
Knowledge of data management principles, concepts, and procedures (e.g., data administration, standards, security, synchronization, etc.), as well as of standard data management software sufficient to manage and oversee the handling of large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data.
Knowledge of a wide range of quantitative, qualitative, evaluative, and analytical methods for the management, collection, reduction, manipulation, and storage of various forms of electromagnetic warfare (EW) assessment data sufficient to plan and/or conduct projects and to evaluate and recommend ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of EW data management programs and processes.
Knowledge of material logistics and system policies, processes, and procedures sufficient to acquire, transport, store, organize, and analyze data to include required hardware (e.g., external hard drives, cloud systems/servers, data collection peripherals), software (e.g., databases, backups/fail-safes, data sanitation), and permissions.
This position includes Cyberspace work as a duty requirement. Per DoDM 8140.03, para 4.2.a.(2)., requires foundational qualification requirements within 9 months of assignment to a cyberspace work role and resident qualification requirements within 12 months of assignment to a cyberspace work role. A waiver of these requirements may be granted per DoDM 8140.03. Failure to achieve and maintain the proper Cyberspace Qualification may result in removal from this position
