Job Description Summary:

Position Title: Senior Director I, Equipment and Parts Supply Chain Operations and Data Management(R-139707)

Location: (USA) Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the Atlanta, Georgia area.

Travel: Up to 20% with an expectation to be in the office 3 days a week.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-orientedSupply Chain Operations and Data Leader to oversee and manage core aspects of our supply chain systems and operations.

This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of system master data for over 30,000 material master data records, coordinating transportation processes including an annual spend exceeding $35M, preparing operational reports for NA OU, FSOP, CCBSS, NA OU Bottling Network, and International Customers, and managing price authoring initiatives.

You will play a critical role in improving operational efficiency, driving data quality, and supporting strategic decision-making through effective data and process management as well as managing key negotiations for transportation.

What You'll Do for Us

Key Responsibilities:

1. Master Data Management:

  • Create, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of operational master data, including material master data, customer master data, vendor and suppliers data including pricing management.

  • Coordinate the monitoring and validation of data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

  • Implement and enforce data governance standards, policies, and procedures.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance, to identify and resolve data discrepancies.

2. Strategic Transportation Design and Negotiations:

  • Source, negotiation, and managing third-party transportation providers to ensure compliance with service agreements and cost efficiency.

  • Plan, execute, and monitor transportation activities to ensure timely delivery of products and optimize logistics networks.

  • Manage IT development of SAP TM to create delivery plans, track shipments and resolve transportation-related issues, such as delays or discrepancies.

  • Oversee audit and pay provider to ensure transportation documentation, such as bills of lading and compliance forms, is properly accrued, audited, and billed.

3. Operational Reporting:

  • Ensure the design, production, and distribution of regular operational and performance reports to support business functions and stakeholders.

  • Coordinate the development and maintain operational dashboards to provide visibility into key metrics, including inventory levels, transportation performance, and customer service.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement based on data insights and collaborate with stakeholders on business solutions.

4. Price Authoring:

  • Manage the setup and maintenance of Coca-Cola Parts pricing data, ensuring timely and accurate price updates across systems including validation of interface integrity.

  • Work closely with Finance and Procurement teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives.

  • Oversee Vistex interface with SAP MDG and PIR to ensure pricing compliance with CCP pricing requirements.

  • Assist in the development and communication of pricing models for new and existing products/services.

What You'll Need

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Data Management, or a related field.

  • 10+ yearsof professional experience in supply chain management, master data management, or similar roles.

  • Strong proficiency in enterprise-level data management tools (e.g., SAP, ERP systems, SQL) and advanced Excel.

  • Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities with demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities.

  • Solid knowledge of transportation/logistics operations and pricing models (B2B or B2C).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with data governance practices and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

  • Knowledge of freight management systems or transportation management systems (TMS).

  • Experience in pricing strategies and market research.
