Location: Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location at 7550 Teague Rd., Suite 500, Hanover, MD 21076.
This role requires associates to be in-office 3-4 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
The Test Data Management Advisor Senior is responsible for conducting technical and project leadership of Data Management development projects, delivering functionality supporting test data reuse, reduction of production systems data usage, and storage of data for decommissioned systems.
How You Will Make an Impact:
  • Lead and oversee technical projects implementing test data management and use of the Enterprise Data Management Tool, including Archiving, Test Data Management and Decommissioning.
  • Ensure Data Management Lifecycle is followed for analysis of requirements, design and development of processes meeting those requirements.
  • Drive process improvement, supporting test data reuse, reduction of production systems data usage, and storage of data for decommissioned systems.
  • Contribute to ongoing review of the Enterprise Data Management Tool hardware and software environments.
  • Review security, migration standards, and processes and alignment within an assigned project.
  • Schedule production Test Data Management jobs to meet project requirements.
  • Align and coordinate with Application Development stakeholders responsible for specific projects.
  • Review the production of the Enterprise Data Management Tool environment ensuring support and maintenance and consistent integration of patches and system software upgrades.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study.
  • Eight (8) years in any occupation with Information Technology (IT) experience or related.
