About the Team

The GCAS Shared Services team is a globally integrated function within Global Client Account Services that drives strategic alignment, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the organization. Partnering closely with GCAS leadership and enterprise stakeholders, the team provides endtoend support across business management, data and reporting, process improvement, learning and development, and enterprise compliance. Its mandate spans strategic planning, governance, financial and resource management, advanced analytics and Power BI reporting, automation, AI innovation, risk and business continuity management, and the design and delivery of scalable training programs. By combining strong analytical capabilities, disciplined governance, and a forwardlooking innovation mindset, GCAS Shared Services enables informed decisionmaking, enhances the client experience, mitigates risk, and ensures GCAS operates efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with enterprise priorities.

Role Summary

The GCAS Shared Services team isseekinga highly analytical professional to support the development and advancement of enterprise reporting and insights across the department. This position focuses on designing, enhancing, andmaintainingPower BI dashboards and data visualizations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and operational teams. Working closely with partners across GCAS and adjacent functions, the role will help define meaningful KPIs, standardize metrics, and ensure consistent, trusted reporting that supports business performance and strategic decisionmaking. In addition to meeting current reporting needs, this role is expected to maintain an active interest in evolving analytics and automation capabilities-including practical applications of AI-and partner with business teams to identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and strengthen daytoday operations through thoughtful application of these tools.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with peers in the business on various defined and ad hoc data and reporting requests.Ensures deliverables are completedin a timely mannerthat meetsthe businessneeds with a mindset to minimize redundancy and improve efficiency.
  • Integrates data across various data sources and datawarehousesor databases.Reviews and interprets data for consistency, accuracy, trends, and leading indicators.Summarizes findings and data protection/privacy issues for review with more experienced professionals and management.
  • Conducts processes for the creation, consumption, assimilation, and/or destruction of data. Ensures adherence to quality controls and governance rules. Ensures project specifications are in line with data management standards in terms of data and reporting needs and is accountable for related project goals.
  • Participates in the development and testing of systems. Conducts investigation, analysis, and evaluation todetermineenhancementfeasibility and implications for data accuracy. Compiles reports for review by more senior professionals.
  • Curatesdata and conducts governance activities, contributing to the development of technical workflows, operational data managementreportsand metrics, enhancing existing models, and building frameworks and processes. Trains junior professionals and support staff to understand the data.
  • Examines and controls changes in complex data sets. Contributes to the implementation and execution of data quality and maintenance programs in alignment with T. Rowe Price policies and procedures. Adheresto andchampions best practices for the business.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND

  • 2+ years of total relevant work experience

Preferred:

  • Experience designing and delivering data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools
  • Working knowledge of the full data analytics lifecycle, from requirements gathering and data preparation to analysis, visualization, and deployment
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills, with the ability to interpret trends,identifydrivers, and surface meaningful insights
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into compelling narratives that support both strategic and tactical decisionmaking
  • Proven experience partnering with business stakeholders to understand questions, define KPIs, and design reporting solutions that meet operational and leadership needs
  • Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts clearly and effectively to nontechnical audiences, including senior management
  • Experience presenting, visualizing, and tailoring insights for audiences at varying levels of technicalexpertise
  • Capability to train and enable business users on selfservice reporting tools, dashboards, and analytical solutions
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps and Power Automate, to support reporting, automation, or workflow enhancement
  • Interest in emerging analytics, automation, and AI capabilities, with experience or aptitude foridentifyingpractical use cases to improve business processes and operational efficiency
  • Strongproficiencyin Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, crossfunctional team, managing multiple priorities with minimal direction

Base Salary Ranges

$77,000.00 - $131,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers
$84,500.00 - $144,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.
$96,500.00 - $164,000.00 for the location of: New York, California

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual's relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
