Job Title: PTP Vendor Onboarding & Supplier Master Data Management Lead
Location: Nashville, TN (330 Commerce St) or New York, NY (1515 Broadway)
 
Onsite full-time. Occasional domestic and possible international travel (Budapest) required.
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Pay Rate: $63.00/hr (Nashville, TN) | $84.00/hr (NYC)
Shift/Hours: Standard business hours (8 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 6 PM local time).
 
Must have the flexibility to occasionally adjust hours to support global team members in Budapest.
 
Position Overview
The PTP Vendor Onboarding & Supplier Master Data Management Lead will drive the execution, governance, and optimization of the end-to-end vendor lifecycle (onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding). This role functions as an independent, information-seeking Subject Matter Expert (SME) who will partner closely with the Oracle Fusion team to perform root-cause analysis, optimize data workflows, and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs).
While this role provides day-to-day operational oversight and process leadership, it does not have direct-report supervisory responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process Optimization & SME Support: Act as the SME to analyze, recommend, test, and document process improvements in collaboration with the Oracle Fusion team; maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Vendor Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full onboarding and offboarding workflow, including data validation, approval routing, risk checks, and system activation.
  • Master Data Integrity: Partner with technology and data teams to govern integration options, field mapping, duplicate management, and data quality across ERP and procurement platforms.
  • Risk & Compliance: Enforce onboarding controls, data governance, and SOX compliance (including W-9/W-8 tax compliance, banking validations, TIN matching, and OFAC screening).
  • Reporting & Performance: Conduct root-cause analysis on process bottlenecks and deliver visibility into onboarding cycle times and data accuracy metrics.
Candidate Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8–10+ years of progressive experience in vendor onboarding, Procure-to-Pay (PTP) operations, or Master Data Management (MDM), with at least 3 years in a leadership/lead role.
  • ERP Systems: Hands-on, practical experience with Oracle Fusion (or a highly comparable Tier-1 ERP platform).
  • Compliance: Strong understanding of SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness.
  • Project Execution: Proven experience leading teams through system implementations, data migrations, or go-live activities.
  • Soft Skills: Must be a self-starter, independent information seeker, and possess strong root-cause analysis capabilities.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Experience within a Media, Entertainment, or global large enterprise environment.
  • Experience operating within a Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services model.
  • Familiarity with Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) frameworks and onboarding automation tools.
  • Deep knowledge of global tax and banking documentation (W-9, 1099, W-8, OFAC, TIN matching).
