Position Summary...Join Walmart's Central Fill Network as a Facility People Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the associate experience across our high-impact Health & Wellness operations. As a Facility People Manager, you will serve as a strategic HR leader, partnering with facility leadership to drive talent, workforce, and people strategies that enable business success. You will lead end-to-end talent acquisition, workforce planning, scheduling, talent development, succession planning, and associate engagement initiatives to build a high-performing, inclusive, and resilient workforce.
In this role, you will leverage data and workforce insights to identify talent opportunities, improve retention, strengthen leadership pipelines, and support operational excellence.
