Seeking an Associate Principal with 11 to 15 years of experience in Reltio MDM to lead enterprise wide master data management initiatives and provide strategic technical leadership

Job Description:
Strong hands-on experience in Reltio MDM architecture & implementation (data modeling, entities, relationships, match/merge, survivorship). 
Proven expertise in end-to-end MDM solution design including ingestion, APIs, and downstream integrations.
Deep experience with Reltio APIs, data integration patterns (batch/real-time/streaming) and source-to-target mapping.
Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality frameworks, and identity resolution (crosswalk, lineage).
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) and enterprise data platforms. 
Ability to lead architecture discussions, design reviews, and guide offshore/onshore teams.

Lead the design implementation and optimization of advanced Reltio MDM solutions to support complex enterprise data management strategies Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross functional teams to establish and enforce robust data governance and master data management frameworks Provide strategic direction and oversight for multiple Reltio MDM projects across diverse business units Ensure high standards of data quality consistency and regulatory compliance by leveraging comprehensive Reltio MDM capabilities Drive innovation and continuous improvement in master data management processes tools and methodologies Mentor and develop senior and junior team members fostering best practices and advanced technical skills in Reltio MDM Stay abreast of emerging trends technologies and advancements related to Reltio MDM and master data management

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Reltio MDM implementations including requirements gathering solution design development testing and deployment Translate complex business requirements into scalable effective Reltio MDM solutions Develop implement and enforce data governance policies and standards to maintain master data integrity across the organization Manage and resolve complex technical challenges within Reltio MDM environments including performance tuning and troubleshooting Conduct comprehensive code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in Reltio MDM application development Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions training programs and workshops to enhance team capabilities in Reltio MDM Engage with stakeholders regularly to communicate project status risks and mitigation plans effectively Participate actively in strategic planning to contribute to the organizations data management roadmap and long-term vision.
