This position more independently researches, organizes, analyzes, and visualizes client data, to support the conception, execution, and integration of various data projects for the commercial efforts of pharmaceutical and life science firms. This position also more independently implements, supports, and facilitates various solutions that help clients be better positioned for product launch and commercial success.

Responsibilities
  • Assists with data processing, ensures data accuracy, and generates unique insights/metrics to provide clients advanced reports and slide decks.
  • Frequently utilizes coding to facilitate data processing and reporting.
  • Independently performs more advanced analytical requests, builds data processes, creates and maintains reports and processes, performs analyses, ensures data accuracy, and develops client projects and deliverables, such as advanced dashboards and slide decks, while meeting deadlines for clients.
  • Runs existing processes as scheduled and troubleshoots adโ€‘hoc errors that arise; refreshes and updates regular client deliverables and reports on a regular basis, including adโ€‘hoc requests.
  • Communicates with clients as needed regarding data processing and ongoing projects, ensuring consistent expectations of deliverables.
  • Translates client requests into concrete deliverables.
  • Keeps the project team apprised of client needs or concerns.
  • Coโ€‘ordinates with diverse teams, including those globally.
  • Serves as a point of contact for clients on ongoing projects, as well as a liaison between the client and consulting team; leads client subโ€‘teams to ensure consistent expectations and timely, errorโ€‘free delivery.
  • Synthesizes and communicates results to clients and internal teams through oral and written presentations.
  • Guides and oversees work of Associate Consultants; aids, trains, and mentors.
  • Performs other project work as needed, based on client needs and internal team requests.
Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree with 2 to 4 yearsโ€™ professional experience, or PhD.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative aptitude through coursework or other experience.
  • Strong analytical and problemโ€‘solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate active listening skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with others and adapt quickly.
  • Ability to effectively lead small groups.
  • Intermediate coding skills (SAS, Python, R, VBA, etc.) and/or knowledge of data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI, preferred.
  • Pharma data sources and domain experience preferred.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Beghou, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90,000 to $110,000.
