Job description

Position Description: JOB SUMMARYThe CSR acts as an associate level liaison between team members, customers, sales, and manufacturing departments. Responsible for meeting or exceeding their production and fulfillment related requirements while developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers. Administers the production coordination function which may also include other related functions such as order entry and planning. Seeking individuals with direct mail and commercial print production experience. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Coordination with Sales Team for planning and execution of account events to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue budget for target accounts. Maintains customer relationships to support revenue goals. Administers the customer service function to effectively respond to customer and sales personnel inquiries and requests. Responds to customer requests for estimates, job status, reporting, and pricing. Manages production of materials through all stages of production, including but not limited to graphics, materials management, printing, assembly, warehousing, and fulfillment. Coordinates with other plants and support staff as needed. Negotiates schedules, pricing and specifications with internal and external customers and production areas to meet timeline, budget, and quality expectations Utilizes data management and Microsoft Office skills to coordinate print jobs through the production process. Coordinate shipping and packaging requirements including scheduling, shipping, tracking, invoicing of third-party deliveries, labeling and label approvals with customer promotional operations and maintenance of a job status spreadsheet for accurate follow-up. Assumes responsibility for account documentation and data maintenance Other duties as assigned BASIC QUALIFICATIONS H.S. diploma required. Experience preferably in Print Industry. Requires color vision. ??Preferred Skills? Experience with Direct Mail and USPS requirements in commercial printing. College degree is an asset, bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) Strong understanding of the Printing industry - print process/how it operates; product flow and supply chain logistics as they relate to printing production. Strong organizational, analytical, project management and problems solving skill $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly
