  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) preferred or required.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce Flow, Process Automation, Reports, and Dashboards.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing models.
