Summer 2026
This is a 40 hour per week position. Working Monday through Friday during business hours.

Job Summary
At Prevea Health The Business Support Intern works closely with the Accounts Payable team within the Finance and Accounting department to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the field. Responsible for assisting with tasks such as data entry, vendor payment processing, maintaining vendor profiles, other Accounts Payable functions, and upcoming projects. This internship is a great opportunity for students pursuing a business-related degree to gain real-world knowledge in a professional setting.
What you will do
  • Responsible for processing invoices and vendor inquiries in a timely manner
  • Coordinates with purchasing department and vendors to resolve vendor invoice discrepancies
  • Assists with reviewing and submitting employee reimbursement requests to payroll
  • Participate in various projects.

Education Qualifications
  • Enrolled in a college or university program in Business Administration or other related field Required

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, while remaining calm and professional.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to speak one-on-one and to small groups.
