We are looking for candidate who are responsible for enabling intelligent business decisions by designing robust analytics solutions through a blend of business acumen, data and analytics proficiency and technical solution architecture; leveraging knowledge and expertise in multiple tools for data integration, data modeling, data analysis tools, advanced data visualization tools etc.
Responsibilities Create strong business partnership for intelligent solutions through stakeholder interviews and solution designs Own the design, implementation and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses and end-user tools to drive key business decisions. Use advanced visualization tools like Qlik, Dash Enterprise, Tableau, PowerBI etc. Conduct deep-dive analysis of business problems and data issues to formulate recommendations for business improvement and technical efficiency. Use data modeling tools, data analysis tools, advanced programming languages like R, Python, SQL, etc. Identify and implement avenues to optimize and enhance data analysis, interpretation and visualization tools, techniques and methodologies for functional analysts Design and implement new metrics, techniques and strategies to improve business KPI, metrics unity and end-user adoption Partner with Data Engineering, Data Science and Data Management teams to improve data completeness, usability, and performance

Experience Required3 to 5 years experience in relevant fieldDesign and build complex reports and dashboards using Power BI or Qlik Sense, ensuring they are performant, accurate, and meet stakeholder requirements. Proficiently use SQL preferably Big Query, Python, or R for data analysis, cleaning, and optimization. Create visual models (process flows, data flow diagrams) to explain complex concepts and define/calculate key business metrics accurately. Use Terraform to provision and manage Google Cloud Platform resources, configure cloud data resources for cost-effective operation and implement data transformation pipelines using DataForm or Apache Airflow. Lead effective meetings, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions to understand business needs. Implement robust data validation and error handling in scripts and pipelines. Consistently deliver high-quality insights and comprehensive data validation.Contribute to analytical work reviews (reviewing queries and dashboard designs) and provide constructive feedback to team members. Produce clear documentation for analytical processes, data sources, and key definitions. Create technical design documents for analytical solutions and data models. Propose improvements to existing reports and processes with AI or other emerging technologies. Design analytical solutions with scalability in mind to handle growing data volumes.
