Job description

Job Title: Data Warehouse Architect
Duration: 1+ Year
Location: Lansing, Michigan - Hybrid
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - Onsite Wednesdays & Thursdays
Education: Bachelor's Degree Required
Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Architect 5 to support enterprise data warehouse initiatives, with a strong focus on IBM Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D), Teradata, Unix/Linux scripting, advanced SQL, data analysis, and ETL support.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience working with large enterprise datasets and will be responsible for supporting data warehouse operations, SQL development, ETL activities, performance optimization, and system operations.
Experience within public health, healthcare, or state government environments is highly preferred.
Required Qualifications
1+ year of hands-on experience with IBM Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D).
3+ years of strong experience with Teradata 20, including:
  1. SQL/BTEQ
  2. Performance optimization
  3. Working with large enterprise datasets

5+ years of experience with Unix/Linux scripting and system operations.
3+ years of experience with advanced SQL for data analysis and ETL support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in an enterprise data warehouse environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in public health environments.
Experience in the healthcare/health industry.
Previous experience supporting State Government projects or agencies.
Education
Bachelor's degree in: Computer Science, Information Systems,Data Analytics
or a related field.
