Intake Coordinator

Day Shift 5 x 8s, M - F 8am to 5pm. Must have LVN certification. At least 1 year of experience. This will be a clinical intake coordinator for home health processing and scheduling referrals. No Call. A possible job title for this role could be LVN Clinical Intake Coordinator. Candidates must have their LVN.
