Job description

We're hiring Account Executives to drive our growth in North America. We're scaling the US sales team across multiple regions. You'll be part of our US sales team, working alongside senior reps, our Sales Engineers and broader Growth team. Your focus: run full-cycle sales for mid-market and enterprise prospects, targeting technical stakeholders. You'll work directly with our CRO, co-founders and SDR team to close deals, and take Soda's data and AI quality platform to data teams who really care about their data and AI.

The Soda management team has helped build a unicorn before and are determined to do it again.

Responsibilities

  • Own the sales cycle from qualified intro to signed deal
  • Focus on mid-market and enterprise accounts in your region
  • Collaborate with SDRs and GTM team on strategic account plans
  • Represent Soda at key events, executive meetings and customer sessions
  • Work alongside Soda's CRO and technical team to close deals
  • Build relationships with engineering, data and platform teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B tech sales, with at least 2 years closing full cycles as an AE
  • Experience selling to technical buyers - data, infrastructure, or developer tools
  • Track record of building your own pipeline and closing what you source
  • Team player that tracks their business in Salesforce so that sales engineers, management and engineering can help you close deals
  • Based in the US - we're hiring across multiple regions

Bonus points for

  • Background in data infrastructure, observability, or data quality tools
  • Experience selling to technical buyers and/or Data Management
  • Previous success in high-growth startups
