Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the vision and strategy for data standards, data management, and data integration across ESC.
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, consistency, and a single source of truth (SSOT).
  • Oversee the development and management of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), metrics, dashboards, and reporting structures to provide insights and early risk warnings.
  • Lead cross-functional programs to improve data quality, data infrastructure, and analytical capabilities.
  • Manage projects through the entire lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
