Job Summary:
Damco Solutions is a leading healthcare company recruiting for a Senior Data Analyst, Distribution Systems. This role will support the implementation of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery while enhancing distribution capabilities.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Develop and mine data resources to build data profiles for all facets of distribution operations.
โ€ข Collaborate across the broader supply chain network, including Distribution Excellence, Planning, MAKE, Transportation, IT/DT, Customer Service, Engineering, and more to confirm business requirements and support simulation testing.
โ€ข Participate in end-to-end process mapping for current and future state, ensuring the broader supply chain ecosystem (upstream and downstream system processes) is represented and aligned with business strategy.
โ€ข Collaborate with multi-functional business process design efforts to develop warehouse distribution systems reporting architecture and requirements.
โ€ข Provide toolsets during design and requirements definition phases to support data-driven decisions on functionality and Key Design Decisions.
โ€ข Identify and define opportunities to improve base product reporting and critical metric functionality to enhance the core template.
โ€ข Identify and define requirements for dashboarding key process areas to add to the core template.
โ€ข Handle risks efficiently, identify potential problems and gaps early, and assist in resolving or escalating issues as appropriate.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Minimum of a bachelor's degree required, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Systems, or Business.
โ€ข Medical Device sector/industry experience.
โ€ข Minimum five (5) years of Data Analytics design and/or Reporting experience.
โ€ข Experience crafting, constructing, and implementing key business reporting toolsets.
โ€ข Experience with SQL, PowerBI, Tableau.
โ€ข Ability to use SQL to pull data to feed analytics, foster insights, and drive data-based decisions.
โ€ข Strong problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills.
โ€ข Proven track record of working cross-functionally and applying End-to-End thought processes.
โ€ข Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
โ€ข Attention to detail and a drive for ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Preferred:
โ€ข End-to-End supply chain knowledge and experience, such as operations, network planning, and/or systems implementations.
โ€ข Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
โ€ข Expertise in SAP Order To Cash or ERP order management processes.
โ€ข Experience with SAP EWM.
โ€ข Experience in WMS management, maintenance, and implementation.
โ€ข Knowledge or experience with medical device supply chain processes or similar business environments.
โ€ข Experience with Jira.
โ€ข Agile Methodology knowledge and experience.
