Job description

Job Location - Charlotte NC (Day One Onsite - Hybrid)
About The Role
  • The Technology Delivery Director will lead end to end delivery for the CBL Shared Services Enablement Program driving strategic technology initiatives across data cloud and automation domains.
  • This role requires strong leadership execution rigor and stakeholder management to ensure alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overall direction governance and alignment for technology initiatives across the program
  • Define and execute delivery strategy aligned with business and transformation goals
  • Drive technology roadmap and innovation in data cloud and automation capabilities
  • Oversee planning execution and delivery of program milestones
  • Ensure successful delivery of data cloud and automation initiatives within scope timeline and budget
  • Manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams and teams
  • Manage schedules deliverables and dependencies aligned with proposal commitments
  • Track progress against milestones and take corrective actions to address deviations
  • Ensure predictable and high quality delivery outcomes
  • Lead Agile delivery practices across teams
  • Drive sprint planning backlog prioritization and sprint reviews
  • Ensure teams consistently meet committed sprint goals and velocity targets
  • Ensure technology solutions align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into execution plans
  • Maintain alignment with enterprise governance and compliance frameworks
  • Provide oversight on solution design and architecture
  • Ensure adherence to engineering best practices and quality standards

Salary Transparency

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $155000 to $210000 /yearly.  

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.

Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company's sole discretion, consistent with the law.

For this role, the gross annual base salary range is $155000 to $210000 for a full-time position. This range covers base pay only; we will discuss any bonuses, incentives, and benefits during the hiring process. Your exact offer will depend on objective, job-related factors - like your experience, skills, and qualifications - in line with our fair pay principles. If a collective labour agreement applies to this role, we will share the relevant pay scale details with you. Note: We never ask about your current or past salary during our recruitment process.
