  • Eligibility: U.S. citizenship; eligibility for background investigation (Public Trust / Tier 2 minimum). Specific clearance level determined at task order level.
  • Status: Full-time, contingent on contract award (anticipated FY26 Q3)

Position summary

The Program Manager is the single accountable executive for delivery on the CNIC Fleet & Family Readiness IT Services IDIQ. • Direct experience with DoD or NAF contracting environments; familiarity with CNIC Fleet & Family Readiness or comparable distributed Navy programs is a strong plus.
  • Working fluency with PMI/PMBOK practices, Agile sprint execution, ITIL v4 service management, and SAFe coordination principles.
  • U.S. citizenship; ability to pass a background investigation.

Preferred qualifications

  • Hands-on experience operating a Performance Dashboard (ServiceNow, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) for Government oversight.
  • Prior accountability for ISO 9001:2015 or CMMI Level III contract execution.
  • RMF and ATO boundary fluency at the program-leadership level.
  • Active or recent DoD security clearance.
