WHO YOU ARE:
We are seeking a results-oriented leader to transform how we use data. This critical leadership role is responsible for the strategic design and execution of an enterprise-wide data management framework. You will serve as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring data integrity, cross-divisional integration, and robust performance management. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of leading large-scale analytics initiatives and possesses the executive presence necessary to drive policy and cultural change at the highest levels.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Data Governance Officer (Data Officer) is selected by and accountable to the Chief Information Officer (CIO). Performs data analysis and architecture work, providing direction and guidance on strategic operations and planning and developing policies, standards, designs, and action plans on enterprise-wide information governance, data system integrity and integration, and the use of data for business intelligence and analytics as they relate to strategic planning and assessment.
Implements throughput and quality standards aimed at demonstrating value to customers; evaluates individual employee and team performance, coaches, and counsels staff to optimize performance; and supports the CIO's succession plan to ensure uninterrupted business continuity. Highly advanced (senior-level) work is performed under minimal supervision, with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
