Job description

Job Title: Data Analyst – Power BI & SQL (Manufacturing)

Location: Brooklyn Park, MN (100% Onsite) – Local Minnesota Candidates Only

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.

  • Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements.

  • Extract, clean, and transform data from SQL databases, Excel, and other sources.

  • Develop DAX calculations, data models, and visualizations.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization.

  • Support reporting, analytics, and operational improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • 1–4 years of experience in Data Analysis, BI, or Reporting.

  • Strong Power BI dashboard development experience.

  • Solid SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.

  • Experience with Power Query and data transformation.

  • Understanding of data modeling, relationships, and star schema.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Note: Candidates must currently reside in Minnesota and be available to work onsite in Brooklyn Park, MN.
