Responsibilities
Data Management and Reporting
  1. Enter, maintain, and verify client, program, and organizational data within internal and external databases and reporting systems.
  2. Submit required data and reports to external funders, grantors, and regulatory agencies in accordance with established deadlines.
  3. Compile, organize, and prepare data for grant reports, program reports, audits, quality improvement activities, and other organizational reporting needs.
  4. Monitor data quality and integrity by identifying, researching, and correcting missing, incomplete, or inaccurate information.
  5. Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for Program Directors, leadership, and other authorized staff; as determined by supervisor.
  6. Assist staff with data collection, documentation, and reporting requirements across programs; as determined by supervisor.
  7. Assist with internal and external audits related to client records, grant requirements, and program reporting.
  8. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, grant requirements, accreditation standards, and applicable confidentiality regulations.
  9. Maintain organized documentation supporting reporting, auditing, and compliance activities.
  10. Identify reporting trends, discrepancies, and potential compliance concerns and communicate findings to appropriate staff.
