In this position, your main responsibilities include delivering responsive customer service and technical support to both domestic and international clients. You will coordinate with internal teams to facilitate order processing, shipment coordination, RMAs, and returns, while ensuring data accuracy within Data Works. Additional tasks may include participating in special projects, offering diverse and engaging work.
