Position Overview 
We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to support daily operations at our Sequim office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly. 
Key Responsibilities 
  • Schedule and confirm customer appointments 
  • Answer incoming calls and greet clients at the front desk 
  • File and organize warranties, permits, and job documentation 
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry 
  • Submit warranties and permits in a timely manner 
  • Support general office operations and administrative tasks 
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure paperwork is completed and processed efficiently 
  • Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (must be available Saturdays)
