Job Description
We are looking for a fulltime, temp-to-hire RECEPTIONIST to start ASAP!
Hours: Monday-Friday; 8:00-5:00
Duties:
RECEPTION: Front Office/Heavy Switchboard (200 + answered calls); temperature scanning of visitors
MAIL ROOM: Help mailing out Catalogs if needed
FILE CLERK: May assist with sorting and filing of invoices
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Eventually help with Customer Service phone support
DATA ENTRY: Order Entry office clerical support if needed
Requirements:
RECEPTIONIST experience; able to handle high volume/multi-line phones (20 + lines); about 200+ answered calls per day.
Pleasant phone voice and PROFESSIONAL DEMEANOR.
QUICK LEARNER; open to learning new tasks, and additional responsibilities.
Good TIME MANAGEMENT skills.
Good TYPING skills.
Prefer someone with DATA ENTRY / ORDER ENTRY experience.
Comfortable using EXCEL and maintaining EXCEL spreadsheets.
