Job Summary:Support Revenue Cycle operations by processing correspondence, claims, payments, and documentation using multiple systems to ensure accurate and timely workflows across Revenue Cycle teams.Job Description:

We're looking for an organized, friendly Office Assistant to keep the department running smoothly and support daily operations across the team.

What you'll do
Welcome visitors and answer incoming calls, providing assistance and handling general inquiries
Prepare a variety of documents and complete data entry using standard software and databases
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Retrieve, file, and maintain records and information
Operate and care for office equipment to keep everything in working order
Monitor, stock, and distribute office supplies
Assist with projects and other tasks as needed

Qualifications
Work experience with Microsoft Office products required, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
Clear, professional communication with a customer service mindset
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
Comfort using and maintaining office equipment; experience with electronic records or databases is a plus

Compensation Information:$15.10 - $26.43

The hourly pay range shown represents the base pay range for this position. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials.
