OCM is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Clerk to join our team in Monroe, LA! Responsibilities:
  • Perform general clerical and administrative support tasks for the operations department
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation related to daily operations
  • Process and track orders, shipments, and inventory data entry
  • Communicate with internal departments to ensure operational workflow and coordination
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing operational documents and reports
  • Support compliance with company policies and procedures through accurate recordkeeping
  • Respond to inquiries and route information to the appropriate teams in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or relevant coursework a plus
  • Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or operations support role preferred
