We are seeking a Weighmaster/Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Livingston, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately weighing inbound and outbound loads, recording transaction data, and maintaining detail records. This role requires advanced equipment operation skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while supporting efficient daily operations. The position supports operational productivity, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

What you'll do:

  • Weigh incoming raw product loads  
  • Record all weight certificates on control sheet
  • Distribute paperwork to proper departments and answer calls as needed
  • File weight certifications
  • Input production data in Excel and JD Edwards
  • Take yard inventory
  • Print and replenish blank production forms as well as check all completed forms for supervisor approvals
  • Send accounting weight certificates to other facilities, audit accounting weight certificates and file
  • Unload and put away deliveries with forklift and fill out Incoming Goods Inspection forms  
  • Perform inventory on finished product produced
  • Tare empty trailers, take dryer, water, and plant gas meter readings to record accordingly
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Previous experience in data entry, clerical work, or scale operations preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

The hourly wage for this position is $21.61 USD.
