Job description

Job Title: Data Entry SpecialistJob Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to support our logistics and warehouse operations. This individual will be responsible for accurately processing receiving documentation, uploading packing slips into our ERP system, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring data integrity across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
  • Enter and maintain logistics, receiving, and inventory data within the company ERP system.
  • Receive, review, and upload packing slips, bills of lading, and other shipping documentation.
  • Verify shipment information against purchase orders and receiving records to ensure accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain electronic records and documentation.
  • Communicate with warehouse, purchasing, and logistics teams regarding discrepancies or missing information.
  • Assist with inventory tracking, reporting, and reconciliation activities.
  • Ensure all data is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts related to data management and recordkeeping processes.
Essential Skills
  • 1+ years of data entry, logistics, or inventory control experience preferred.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) strongly preferred.
  • Strong computer aptitude and proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
