Database Maintenance Clerk

Core Group Resources, a Houston-based maritime and energy staffing firm, is seeking a detail-oriented Database Maintenance Clerk for a short-term temporary project (approximately 2 –3 months). In this role, you will review thousands of contact records in our Bullhorn CRM, determine the correct status for each contact, and update the system accordingly. You will work closely with our Business Development Managers to verify information and ensure our database is accurate and up to date.

Qualifications:

  • Prior data entry, administrative, or CRM experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Comfortable working through high-volume, repetitive tasks efficiently
  • Good communication skills for coordinating with Business Development Managers
  • Experience with Bullhorn or another CRM/ATS is a plus, but not required — training provided
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets, web-based software)
